The Veeco Probes Nanofabrication Center in Camarillo, California, is a state-of-the-art MEMS development and production site, with Class-100 clean rooms and the latest in process, coating and metrology equipment. Our silicon and silicon nitride product platforms are the basis for an extensive line of probes and accessories for the AFM community.
