This plastic cantilever holder supports the CAFM, TUNA, SCM, and SSRM application modules on MultiMode SPMs. It includes integrated piezos for TappingMode and TR mode. Not compatible with LFM SPMs. Replaces discontinued MMAMCH and MMTR-TUNA-CH.
