Chip carrier with lead and BNC connector, Innova/CP-II. The unmounted probe chip carrier with lead and BNC connect provides mounting of unmounted probes on a metallic adaptor that interfaces to the CP-II probe cartridge. The wire connected to the chip carrier allows the tip bias to use external voltage sources. This part is included in the Conductive AFM Option.
