Alignment stand and cable interface, CP-II 100μm scanner. The closed-loop scanner alignment stand allow mounting of 100um scanner outside the CP-II stage so that the ScanMaster position feedback detector can be adjusted. The package includes a ribbon cable that connects the 100um scanner to the CP-II stage. Scanner is not included. Not compatible with Innova SPM.
