Tip SpecificationThese Near Field Scanning Optical Microscopy probes take advantage of a sub-wavelength aperture to achieve spatial
resolution beyond the classical diffraction limit. The aperture size is between 100 and 150nm and is created by the pulling
method. These are for use with the Aurora-2, Aurora-3, and Lumina microscopes. Not compatible with the Aurora-1 microscope.
